アミューズメントエキスポ2026 ビジネス登録券申込規約

一般社団法人日本アミューズメント産業協会（以下「主催者」といいます。）が開催する「アミューズメントエキスポ2026」（以下「本イベント」といいます。）のビジネス登録をお申し込みいただくにあたり、以下の事項をご確認ください。

1．お申し込みについて

  • ビジネス登録は、本イベントのビジネスデーに商談、取材、業界視察その他のビジネス目的で来場される方を対象としています。
  • ビジネス目的以外の方および18歳未満の方は、ビジネスデーにはご入場いただけません。
  • お申し込みの際は、会社名、所属部署、氏名、連絡先その他の必要事項を正確にご入力ください。
  • 虚偽または不正確な情報によるお申し込みが確認された場合、主催者は登録を取り消し、または入場をお断りすることがあります。
  • 同一の方による重複登録や、主催者が不適切と判断するお申し込みについては、登録を無効とする場合があります。

2．ビジネス登録の利用について

  • ビジネス登録は、登録されたご本人のみご利用いただけます。
  • ビジネス登録を第三者へ譲渡、転売または貸与することはできません。
  • 入場時に、名刺や本人確認書類など、登録内容を確認できるもののご提示をお願いする場合があります。
  • 本フォームでの購入により2026年11月6日（金）のビジネスデーのみ入場可能です。
  • 入場証の紛失、盗難、破損または登録完了メールの削除などについて、主催者は責任を負いません。

3．会場内での遵守事項

来場者は、会場内において次の行為を行ってはならないものとします。

  • 他の来場者、出展社、出演者、スタッフ等への迷惑行為
  • 主催者または出展社の許可を得ていない営業、勧誘、宣伝、販売、取材または撮影
  • 立入禁止区域への立ち入り
  • 危険物その他、主催者が不適切と判断する物品の持ち込み
  • 会場施設、展示物または備品等を損傷する行為
  • 本イベントの運営を妨げる行為
  • 法令、公序良俗または主催者の指示に反する行為
  • その他、主催者が不適切と判断する行為

上記に該当する行為が確認された場合、主催者は入場をお断りし、または会場からの退場をお願いすることがあります。

4．撮影について

  • 会場内では、主催者、報道機関その他主催者が許可した者による写真・動画撮影が行われる場合があります。
  • 撮影された写真や映像は、本イベントの記録、報告、広報、広告、公式ウェブサイト、SNS等に使用されることがあります。
  • 出展ブース、展示物、出演者または他の来場者を撮影する場合は、各出展社や撮影対象者の案内・指示に従ってください。

5．開催内容の変更・中止

天災、感染症の流行、交通機関の障害、行政機関からの要請その他やむを得ない事情により、本イベントの開催内容、開催時間等を変更し、または開催を中止する場合があります。

これにより来場者に生じた交通費、宿泊費その他の損害について、主催者は責任を負いません。

6．免責事項

  • 会場内における事故、盗難、紛失、来場者間のトラブル等について、主催者の責めに帰すべき場合を除き、主催者は責任を負いません。
  • 本イベントで提供される情報、展示内容、商品またはサービス等について、主催者はその正確性、完全性、有用性等を保証するものではありません。
  • 来場者と出展社その他の第三者との間で生じた商談、契約、取引または紛争について、主催者は責任を負いません。

7．規約の変更

主催者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、本イベント公式ウェブサイト等への掲載をもって効力を生じるものとします。

Terms and Conditions

AMUSEMENT EXPO 2026 Business Registration Ticket Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions before applying for a business registration ticket for AMUSEMENT EXPO 2026 (the “Event”), organized by the Japan Amusement Industry Association (the “Organizer”).

1. Registration

  • Business registration tickets are intended for visitors attending Business Day for business meetings, media coverage, industry research, or other business purposes.
  • Visitors attending for non-business purposes and persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to enter on Business Day.
  • Please provide accurate information when registering, including your company name, department, full name, contact details, and any other required information.
  • If false or inaccurate information is found in an application, the Organizer may cancel the registration or deny admission.
  • Duplicate registrations by the same person and applications deemed inappropriate by the Organizer may be invalidated.

2. Use of Registration Tickets

  • Business registration tickets may only be used by the registered individual.
  • Business registration tickets may not be transferred, resold, or lent to any third party.
  • Upon entry, you may be asked to present a business card, identification document, or other documentation to verify your registration details.
  • Tickets purchased through this form are valid for admission only on Business Day, Friday, November 6, 2026.
  • The Organizer accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged registration tickets or the deletion of registration confirmation emails.

3. Rules of Conduct at the Venue

Visitors must not engage in any of the following activities at the venue:

  • Conduct that causes a nuisance to other visitors, exhibitors, performers, staff, or others
  • Sales activities, solicitation, promotion, selling, media coverage, photography, or filming without permission from the Organizer or the relevant exhibitor
  • Entry into restricted areas
  • Bringing hazardous materials or other items deemed inappropriate by the Organizer into the venue
  • Damage to venue facilities, exhibits, equipment, or other property
  • Conduct that interferes with the operation of the Event
  • Conduct that violates laws and regulations, public order and morals, or the Organizer’s instructions
  • Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Organizer

If any of the above conduct is identified, the Organizer may deny admission or ask the visitor to leave the venue.

4. Photography and Filming

  • Photography and filming may take place at the venue by the Organizer, media organizations, or other parties authorized by the Organizer.
  • Photographs and footage may be used for Event records, reports, publicity, advertising, the official website, social media, and other similar purposes.
  • When photographing or filming exhibitor booths, exhibits, performers, or other visitors, please follow the guidance and instructions of the relevant exhibitor or the person being photographed or filmed.

5. Changes to or Cancellation of the Event

The Organizer may change the Event program, opening hours, or other arrangements, or cancel the Event due to natural disasters, infectious disease outbreaks, transportation disruptions, requests from government authorities, or other unavoidable circumstances.

The Organizer accepts no responsibility for transportation costs, accommodation expenses, or other losses incurred by visitors as a result of such changes or cancellation.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

  • The Organizer accepts no responsibility for accidents, theft, loss, disputes between visitors, or other incidents at the venue, except where such incidents are attributable to the Organizer.
  • The Organizer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or other qualities of information, exhibits, products, or services provided at the Event.
  • The Organizer accepts no responsibility for business discussions, contracts, transactions, or disputes between visitors and exhibitors or other third parties.

7. Amendments to These Terms and Conditions

The Organizer may amend these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Any amendments will take effect upon publication on the Event’s official website or through other official channels.

個人情報の取り扱いについて

一般社団法人日本アミューズメント産業協会（以下「主催者」といいます。）は、「アミューズメントエキスポ2026」のビジネス登録券申込フォームを通じて取得する個人情報を、個人情報保護法その他の関係法令に基づき、以下のとおり取り扱います。

1．取得する個人情報

本フォームでは、次の情報を取得します。

  • 氏名
  • 会社名・団体名
  • 所属部署・役職
  • 業種・職種
  • 郵便番号・住所
  • メールアドレス
  • その他、本フォームに入力された情報
  • 申込日時、来場日時、入退場履歴等の本イベント利用情報

2．利用目的

取得した個人情報は、次の目的で利用します。

  • ビジネス登録券の受付、発行および本人確認
  • 登録完了メール、入場方法その他本イベントに関する連絡
  • 本イベントの運営、入退場管理、来場者対応および安全管理
  • お問い合わせへの回答
  • 本イベントの来場状況等に関する集計、分析および報告
  • 本イベントおよび主催者が関係する今後の展示会、セミナー、イベント等の案内
  • アンケートの実施およびサービス改善
  • 不正利用、規約違反その他のトラブルの防止および対応
  • 法令または行政機関等からの要請に基づく対応

3．業務委託

主催者は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、申込受付システムの運用、登録券の発行、メール配信、会場受付、データ管理等の業務を外部事業者へ委託し、個人情報を取り扱わせることがあります。

この場合、主催者は委託先を適切に選定し、契約等により個人情報の適切な管理を義務付けるとともに、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

4．第三者への提供

主催者は、次の場合を除き、取得した個人情報をあらかじめ本人の同意を得ることなく第三者へ提供しません。

  • 法令に基づく場合
  • 人の生命、身体または財産の保護に必要であり、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合
  • 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進に特に必要であり、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合
  • 国または地方公共団体等が法令に定める事務を遂行するために協力する必要があり、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
  • 利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、個人情報の取り扱いを委託する場合
  • その他、本人の同意を得た場合

5．登録情報の入力について

個人情報の入力は任意ですが、必須項目をご入力いただけない場合、ビジネス登録券を発行できないことや、本イベントにご入場いただけないことがあります。

6．安全管理

主催者は、取得した個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、漏えい、改ざん等を防止するため、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。

7．個人情報の開示・訂正・削除等

ご本人から、個人情報の利用目的の通知、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、消去または第三者提供の停止等のご請求があった場合は、ご本人であることを確認したうえで、法令に基づき適切に対応します。

Handling of Personal Information

The Japan Amusement Industry Association (the “Organizer”) will handle personal information collected through the AMUSEMENT EXPO 2026 business registration ticket application form as follows, in accordance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations.

1. Personal Information Collected

The following information will be collected through this form:

  • Full name
  • Company or organization name
  • Department and job title
  • Industry and occupation
  • Postal code and address
  • Email address
  • Other information entered into this form
  • Information relating to your use of the Event, including registration date and time, visit dates and times, and entry and exit records

2. Purposes of Use

The personal information collected will be used for the following purposes:

  • Processing applications for and issuing business registration tickets, and verifying identity
  • Sending registration confirmation emails, admission instructions, and other communications regarding the Event
  • Operating the Event, managing entry and exit, assisting visitors, and ensuring safety
  • Responding to inquiries
  • Compiling statistics, analyzing, and reporting on attendance and other aspects of the Event
  • Providing information about the Event and future exhibitions, seminars, and other events involving the Organizer
  • Conducting surveys and improving services
  • Preventing and addressing unauthorized use, violations of the Terms and Conditions, and other issues
  • Responding to requirements under laws and regulations or requests from government authorities and other relevant bodies

3. Outsourcing

To the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes of use, the Organizer may outsource tasks such as operating the registration system, issuing registration tickets, sending emails, managing venue reception, and managing data to external service providers, and may entrust them with handling personal information.

In such cases, the Organizer will appropriately select service providers, require them through contracts or other arrangements to manage personal information appropriately, and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Organizer will not disclose collected personal information to third parties without the individual’s prior consent, except in the following circumstances:

  • Where disclosure is based on laws and regulations
  • Where necessary to protect a person’s life, physical safety, or property, and obtaining the individual’s consent is difficult
  • Where particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the healthy development of children, and obtaining the individual’s consent is difficult
  • Where cooperation is necessary for national or local government bodies or other relevant parties to carry out duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual’s consent may impede the performance of those duties
  • Where the handling of personal information is outsourced to the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes of use
  • In other cases where the individual’s consent has been obtained

5. Providing Registration Information

Providing personal information is voluntary. However, if you do not complete the required fields, we may be unable to issue a business registration ticket, or you may be unable to enter the Event.

6. Security Measures

The Organizer will implement necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, leakage, alteration, or other compromise of the personal information collected.

7. Requests Regarding Personal Information

If an individual requests notification of the purposes of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, suspension of disclosure to third parties, or other action regarding their personal information, the Organizer will verify the individual’s identity and respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
