IT Engineer Training and Job Placement Program

CGM JAPAN, supported by AOTS (the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships), is offering a program to train and provide job placements for IT engineers who can work as valuable assets in Japanese IT companies and Japanese-affiliated IT companies in Myanmar.

Objectives:
・To cultivate talent capable of working as IT engineers in Japan.
・To provide support for employment in Japanese IT companies and Japanese-affiliated IT companies in Myanmar.

Program Highlights:
・Professional Skills for the Workforce (Mindset, Skillset, Business Etiquette, Business Skills)
・Business Japanese (Business Communication, IT Terminology, Development Documentation)
・IT Specialized Skills (Japanese IT Industry, Engineering Skills, Front-End Development, Web System Development)

Requirements:
・Students and graduates of technical/computer universities OR individuals planning to obtain or who have obtained the Fundamental Information Technology Engineer (FE) certification.
・Individuals studying Japanese language (approximately JLPT N3 level).

Online and In-Person

Duration:
October 2023 to March 2024

Recruitment:
Approximately 10 participants will be selected.

Selection Process:
Document screening, interviews, and aptitude tests.
